Custom production
Artwork
Nothing to prepare — you choose from styles already in production.
Artwork reviewed, corrected and digitised before it is quoted.
Sampling
Normally skipped, because the style is already running and approved.
A pre-production sample is approved before bulk. Custom samples are usually chargeable.
Lead time
Shorter, since nothing has to be engineered first. The dispatch date is confirmed against availability.
Built to the schedule agreed at order confirmation, usually 7–12 days after artwork approval, rush orders accepted.
Minimum order
Our standard MOQ per product still applies; the stock line is not a piece-by-piece shop.
MOQ by product, often from around 100 pcs on custom work, with limited flexibility by process and order structure.
Colour
The colour that is held. On some styles a colour can still be adjusted from a minimum.
Colour matched to your references across body, thread and trimming.
Design
An existing design, shared like any stocked style rather than exclusive to you.
Your own artwork, recorded under your project as the production standard.
Packing
Per piece, OPP or custom bag, backer card, barcode, SKU label, neutral and white-label packing.
The same packing range, specified with the order.
Best for
Testing a line, topping up a proven SKU, covering an event or a peak season, adding SKUs quickly.
A design of your own, at a volume that justifies artwork, sampling and tooling.
Record
Logged like any order, so a later top-up can be checked against the first delivery.
Repeat-order record kept, with the approved sample as the production standard.
