We collect only what you type into an enquiry form, plus the page the form was submitted from. The fields are:
We do not ask for an account, a password or a payment card, and we do not collect information about you from other sources.
Your enquiry is used to answer you: to review your artwork and requirements, to quote and to sample, to plan production if you order, and to serve you again on a repeat order without starting from zero. Every submission is stored as an enquiry record in this website and sent to us as an email notification.
Your artwork, your project information and your end-customer relationships are treated as confidential. They are used to make your product and for nothing else, and they are not published on this site.
Your enquiry is available to the LOVECOLOUR staff handling it, and to the service providers that run this website and its email. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Write to us and ask us to show you the enquiry information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it once the request or the order it belongs to is closed. We will confirm what we did.
This website has no newsletter sign-up, no advertising pixels and no visitor profiling. The only third-party request a page makes is the web font stylesheet that sets our typography, which your browser fetches from the font provider.
Who to write to
Questions about this page go to the same person who answers a project enquiry, so an answer arrives from someone who can check the record rather than guess at it.

This page describes how this website works. The final legal text is reviewed by LOVECOLOUR or its adviser before launch, and the reviewed wording replaces this one where the two differ.
Questions in writing
Send the line you want confirmed, together with your project or order reference if you have one. If a term matters to your contract, we confirm it for that order rather than leave it to a page like this one.
