Custom patches and brand accessories packed to a buyer packing instruction at the LOVECOLOUR factory in Guangzhou.

Packaging

Packed for the channel it ships into, not just for the carton.

Standard individual packing, an OPP or custom bag, a backer card, barcode, SKU label and carton mark — or neutral, white-label packing dispatched straight to your customer or a third-party warehouse.

  • Individual, OPP & custom bag
  • Backer card & PVC card
  • Neutral & white-label packing
  • Direct to customer or third-party warehouse

Standard packing

The packing is set with the order, not with the finished goods.

Packing is part of the specification we hold against your project, so the carton is identified the same way in the second delivery as in the first.

Inner packing
Standard individual packing per piece, or an OPP bag or a custom bag where the item travels or sells as a single unit.
Retail presentation
A backer card, a PVC card, a printed data label and retail packaging for pieces that go onto a shelf, a peg or into a gift set.
Identification
Barcode, SKU label and carton mark, so the carton and everything inside it can be received, scanned and filed by people who have never seen your artwork.
Special requirements
Anything outside the usual list is recorded as a special requirement against the order and re-checked before the cartons close.
Held against the project
The packing requirement sits in the order file beside the artwork versions, sample status, colour, material, size, quantity and shipping information. That is why a reorder can be packed the way the first delivery was instead of being re-invented.

Special packing is one of the things buyers tell us their previous supplier would not take on, and one of the requirements that most often has nobody managing it on the supplier side. Here it is a field in the order record, re-checked before the cartons close — not a favour negotiated after production. How an order runs, stage by stage.

Packing options

From a counted carton to a retail peg.

Each option is chosen with the order and named in the packing requirement, so nothing is settled from memory at the packing table.

Per piece

Standard individual packing

One piece per unit: the default for an order that is counted and handed out one at a time.

Bags

OPP bag or custom bag

A clear OPP bag, or a custom bag where the bag itself is part of how the piece is sold.

Retail display

Backer card

A printed card behind the piece, so it hangs or stands on a peg instead of arriving loose in a carton.

Retail display

PVC card

A rigid PVC card for pieces sold at a counter, where a card would not survive handling.

Retail shelf

Retail & brand packaging

Brand and retail packaging for stock that has to look finished on the shelf, including gift and counter presentation.

Channel data

Barcode, SKU label & carton mark

The barcode a scanner reads, the SKU a warehouse files against, and the carton mark a receiving team checks the box with.

Recycled material sits beside this list rather than inside it: RPET and GRS-certified material are material choices, covered by a GRS certificate, while a backer card, an OPP bag or a custom bag is a packing choice. They are different documents and we keep them apart. What our certifications do and do not cover.

Neutral & white-label

Nothing on the box has to say LOVECOLOUR.

For promotional companies, distributors, agencies and resellers a shipment can leave without our logo and without our contact details, in neutral packaging, carrying your labels instead.

On request, for intermediaries

  • No factory logo on the goods or the packing
  • No factory contact details
  • Neutral packaging
  • Customer-specified labels
  • White-label packing where the goods go into your fulfilment line
  • Dispatch to an end customer or a third-party warehouse
PK02 · 1200×800 (3:2) Neutral white-label packing: a plain bag carrying a buyer label and barcode with no factory branding.

Neutral packing is not only a presentation choice: it is how a distributor, agency, reseller or promotional company keeps its own account. Our working rule is that we do not go around the buyer to the buyer's customer, project information is not published, and it is not reused for another customer.

Direct dispatch

Straight to the fulfilment line, not through your warehouse.

An order can be packed for the place it actually lands, which is often not the address that placed it.

Where the shipment goes
To your own warehouse, straight to an end customer, or to a third-party warehouse you nominate. The goods do not have to pass through your address first.
What shows on the goods
Nothing of ours. For promotional companies, distributors, agencies and resellers a shipment can leave without the factory logo and without the factory contact details.
What carries the identity instead
Your own labels, your barcode and SKU, and a carton mark built for your receiving process, in neutral packaging or white-label packing.
Your customer relationship
Your artwork, your project information and your customer relationship stay with your order: information is used for that order, is not published, is not reused for another customer, and is never used as a route to your end customer.
Logistics record
Shipping method, carrier, tracking number, ship date, estimated arrival, consignee information and any logistics exception are recorded against the order.
Arrival dates
You get an estimated arrival or a delivery range with the risk stated. Carrier performance, customs, weather and routing are not ours to control, and we say so before the order rather than after it.

This page names no courier and no transit time on purpose: the lane, the service and the arrival window are chosen per shipment and confirmed in writing with the quote, rather than published as a general promise that would not hold for every destination. Shipping & delivery.

Before the cartons close

Six checks on the packed goods, not on the paperwork.

Packing is re-checked after production, in front of the goods that are about to ship.

  1. 01

    Quantity

Counted to the order, never estimated from the packing list.

  2. 02

    Packing method

The method recorded with the order, checked on the packed goods rather than trusted to the instruction sheet.

  3. 03

    Label & barcode

Your label and your barcode, in place and readable by the scanner at your end.

  4. 04

SKU, carton mark & order number

So the outer box can be identified, filed and checked in without being opened, against the reference your receiving team works from.

  5. 05

    Special requirement

Whatever sits outside the usual list, re-checked here: the last point at which a wrong carton can still be corrected.

  6. 06

    Pre-shipment confirmation

After inspection we send representative bulk photos, videos, packing photos and the quantity information. The shipment is arranged once you confirm there is nothing obviously wrong.

Inspection itself — colour, logo proportion, small text, edge finishing, size, attachment, material and bulk consistency — belongs to a different page, because it is a different check made at different points of the run. This page covers the packing and the carton only. Quality control in detail.

FAQ

Packing questions buyers ask first.

Short answers. The packing requirement for your project is confirmed in writing with the order.

Can our order leave without any LOVECOLOUR branding?

Yes. For promotional companies, distributors, agencies and resellers a shipment can leave without the factory logo and without the factory contact details, in neutral packaging, carrying your own labels instead. White-label packing is part of the same option.

Can you pack to our own label, barcode and SKU format?

Yes. Label, barcode, SKU and carton mark are part of the packing requirement held against your order, and they are re-checked with the quantity and the packing method before the cartons close. Send the format with the order and it is applied as you specified it rather than as something similar.

Can you ship straight to our customer or to a third-party warehouse?

Yes. An order can be dispatched to an end customer or to a third-party warehouse you nominate, without passing through your own address, packed so it can be received and shelved without rework at that end.

Do you offer retail packaging and a backer card?

Yes. Backer card, PVC card, custom bag, printed data label and retail packaging are among the packing options, for pieces that have to reach a shelf, a peg, a counter or a gift set in display condition.

Will a reorder be packed the same way as the first order?

Where design, colour, size, process, backing and packing are identical, the historical record can be reused, so the second delivery arrives packed like the first. Where any one of them changes, the changed part is re-confirmed with you before production rather than being adjusted quietly.

What happens if the carton count looks wrong when it arrives?

We check the shipping record, the packing record and the carton record held against that order before anything is decided. Send the opening and counting evidence and we work from the facts of the shipment rather than from a first impression.
