Own factory, own processes

One building, from artwork to carton.

Nothing on your order is subcontracted out of the building, which is why a question about your job has one place to go for the answer.

Business type
Guangzhou Lovecolour Garment Accessories Co., Ltd. is a direct manufacturing enterprise. Your artwork goes to our own production line, and no trading intermediary sits between the two.
Production floor
Around 7,000 m² in Baiyun District, Guangzhou: design, artwork review, process assessment, sampling, bulk production, post-processing, quality control, packing and international delivery, all under one roof.
Team
80+ employees across artwork review, digitizing, sampling, machine operation, post-finishing, quality control and packing.
Embroidery
50+ large high-precision computerized embroidery machines.
Cutting
30+ vision cutting machines, with badge post-processing equipment for adhesive lamination and heat press.
Order record
A digital production and order management system holds the customer requirement, artwork versions, sample status, colour requirement, material, size, backing, production progress, quality-control requirement, packing requirement, quantity, shipping information and the repeat-order record. That is what makes a reorder a production instruction instead of a new project.

We publish the floor, the team and the machine counts rather than a daily output figure: output moves with stitch count, colour count, finished size, backing, packing and the inspection level your product needs. The factory and its equipment in detail.

Approval

You approve a piece, and that piece becomes the standard.

The first order is where the specification is pinned down. Everything after it is measured against what you approved here.

  1. 01

Review the artwork and the process

Line weight, small-text size, colour count, contour, backing and end use are reviewed first, and the process is chosen from them. Where two processes would both work, both are compared and the difference is explained rather than one being quietly picked.

  2. 02

Sample where a sample earns its cost

New designs, complex artwork, heavy small text, high colour requirements, special material or process, large orders, dated event orders and high-consistency orders are the ones that get a physical sample. A custom sample is usually charged, and can be credited against the bulk order under the terms agreed with it.

  3. 03

Approve the piece that becomes the standard

Colour, size, border and backing are approved against that sample. The approved piece plus the final production artwork is what bulk production is measured against; where there is no physical sample, the final approved production artwork is the standard.

  4. 04

    Release to production

Production runs from the final approved version only. If design, colour, process, lead time or cost changes after the run has started, the change is re-confirmed with you before production continues instead of being run through quietly.

Production usually runs 7–12 days after artwork approval, and rush orders are accepted; the window for your specification is confirmed with the quote rather than assumed from a general figure. A rush date is confirmed rather than promised: capacity, material, process, artwork status, the sample requirement, the shipping method and the date you need the goods in hand are checked first, and a rush can carry an additional cost. Many custom items commonly start at around 100 pcs, while the standard minimum for your product is confirmed on the enquiry instead of being published here as one number for everything. Quality & record

The check is only as good as the standard behind it.

A sample is easy; the same piece again next quarter is the real capability. Both come from the same record.

The standard

A sample is the specification

The approved physical sample plus the final production artwork — or the final approved production artwork alone where there is no sample — is what the bulk run is measured against.

The checks

Six inspection points

Artwork review, sample approval, first-piece approval, in-process inspection, finished-goods inspection and a pre-packing review. Where a single piece can carry its own defect, checking can go piece by piece instead of by sampling.

The record

What the second order is built from

Approved sample, artwork versions, colour reference, material, size, backing, quality-control requirement, packing requirement and the repeat-order record stay attached to your project.

Anyone in the chain can pause a run rather than let a doubtful piece through, which is why the checks sit at the points they do rather than only at the end. The full inspection page sets out each checkpoint, what it is compared with and what happens when a piece does not match. Quality control in detail · Repeat orders.

Communication

One person answers for your order.

Communication is where most factory relationships fail, usually by going quiet. Ours has one visible owner.

Your contact
Sales is the single point of contact for your order — from the first enquiry to the repeat order, and also when a shipment runs into trouble. Merchandising, production, quality control and logistics work behind that one conversation rather than in parallel with you.
What we answer with
If the answer needs the floor, you get the real answer instead of a fast approximation: the enquiry is acknowledged, the information still needed is named, and the next step is stated.
Written down, not remembered
Specification, price, lead time, sample, packing and the delivery requirement are confirmed in writing before production, and nothing that has not been confirmed is guessed.
Confidentiality
Your artwork and project information are used for your order only: not published, not reused for another customer, and never used as a route to your own customer.
When something looks wrong
Sales, merchandising, production or quality control can each stop a run where a risk appears, and work resumes only once the cause is resolved and confirmed internally.

We do not print a response-time guarantee on this page. What we can state is the way an enquiry is handled: it is acknowledged, the information still needed is named, and the next step is given — and a price waits until it is a real one rather than arriving fast and wrong. Contact us.

Compliance

Two different documents, never merged into one badge.

A social-compliance audit and a recycled-material certification answer different questions, come from different bodies and carry their own validity periods. We keep them apart — and a brand supply-chain qualification is a third, different thing again.

Social compliance

BSCI audit

Our social-compliance management has been audited under the BSCI framework. The audit report is released during vendor qualification, with its own document name, issuing body and validity period. It is an audit of how the factory is run, not a product or material certificate.

Recycled material

GRS certification

GRS (Global Recycled Standard) covers our recycled-material supply, so an RPET or GRS-certified material request can be traced to a certificate rather than assumed. It is a material certification, and it is not a social-compliance audit — that is the other document above.

Brand supply chains

Supplier qualification

We have been audited and qualified inside international fashion, retail and entertainment brands. Client names and client logos are published only with written permission, and a brand qualification is neither of the two documents above.

Certificate numbers are not printed on this page: a number copied onto a website cannot be audited against. During vendor qualification you receive the document itself, with its exact name, issuing body, number and validity period — and where a certificate your procurement team needs is one we do not hold, we say so before you plan around it instead of after.

A good fit

Built for buyers who order again.

The first order proves the factory. The second one proves the system, which is the part most suppliers never get asked about twice.

Brands & designers

Private-label and licensed programmes

Where artwork, sample approval and repeat supply stay with one factory, and the approved standard is kept for the next drop instead of being rebuilt from memory.

Retail, souvenir & museum

Pieces that go onto a shelf or a peg

Retail presentation, a backer card, barcode and SKU, multi-design small batches and replenishment after a design sells, rather than one large run with no room to test.

Promotional, distributor, agency

Priced for resale

Neutral or white-label packing, dispatch straight to your customer or to a third-party warehouse, and your customer relationship left with you.

Events, clubs & schools

Dated drops and mixed designs

Several designs in one order, packing that has to be right the first time, and a date that cannot move once it is set.

Buying is moving towards smaller orders, faster turnaround and more customisation, which is the ground this factory was built on: complex artwork, several processes under one roof, batch sizes that can be flexed within reason, and a bulk run that stays consistent with the sample. What that leaves out is on the next block.

Not a fit

Where we are the wrong factory.

A page that only lists strengths is a page you have to discount. These are the jobs we turn down or hand back.

You need stock dispatched today
We are a custom manufacturer, not a local inventory. A custom order runs through artwork review, sampling and production, and ready stock is a separate, limited programme. Where same-day dispatch is the requirement, a domestic supplier answers it better than we can, and we say so rather than compete on it.
You need the price on this website to be the price
A custom piece is priced from the specification: material, colour count, finished size, backing, quantity, packing and the delivery requirement. A figure published for a specification we have not seen could only be a guess, and an inaccurate rough price costs more time than it saves.
You cannot confirm the key specification
If artwork, colour, size, material or packing stays open, the order cannot be produced against anything or checked against anything afterwards. We stop before that point rather than after it.
You need an absolute arrival date
Carrier performance, customs, weather and routing are not ours to control. You get an estimated arrival or a delivery range with the risk disclosed, not a date that cannot be held.
You need 100% colour identity across different materials
Thread, PVC, material and a screen display differ from one another. We match to a Pantone reference, a thread card, a PVC colour sample, a material sample or a physical sample, and we explain the limit instead of promising identity.
The work sits outside our equipment
Where a project cannot be made stably on our lines, we say so during review, before an order exists. A factory that accepts everything is not a factory that will deliver yours well.

Read it the other way round and it is the same list: we take the orders where the specification can be agreed, the price can be quoted honestly and the production can be held to both. Pricing & MOQ · What we need to quote.
