Project brief
One form, no steps.
The form asks for what a quotation is built from, and nothing else. Send the part you have: a brief with the artwork missing still starts a project, and a brief with the date missing still gets a process and a price.
What the brief should carry
- Artwork or logo file
- Product type
- Size
- Quantity
- Material and backing
- Packaging requirement
- Application
- Required delivery date
The artwork field is optional, and the file kinds and the size it accepts are printed under the field itself. A file that arrives later is read against the same brief, so nothing has to wait for it. A photograph of a patch you already have, or a page out of a spec sheet, is often enough for a first answer.
Where to start
Send what the project actually has.
Four states a project arrives in, and the one thing that lets each of them move. None of them is a finished specification, and none of them has to be.

A question with no file behind it?
The contact page reaches the same desk, with the phone number and a shorter form — and the FAQ answers most of what a brief runs into before it is written.
