Lanyard + badge reel
A reel built into the strap or supplied beside it, on a polyester, heat-transfer, reflective, air or nylon lanyard.
Lanyard + PVC ID card + holder
Embroidered or heat-transfer lanyard, zinc alloy slider with a laser or moulded logo, PU or leather holder and the printed card — issued as one set.
Entry band + matching card
Tyvek or fabric bands and PVC cards can carry the same serial numbers and QR codes, so the gate and the credential agree.
Neoprene + label
Drink holders and coffee sleeves decorated by heat transfer, silkscreen, woven label or printed label, in the same artwork as the rest of the kit.
One production record
The families are made in our own facility, so one campaign can run as a single order rather than several suppliers — with serial number, QR code, barcode and SKU labels available for retail and e-commerce packing.

What we need in order to quote accurately.
Send as much of the list below as you have. Where something is still open, we say what it changes instead of guessing at it.
- Artwork
- The logo or artwork at the size it will be printed, woven or moulded. We review proportions, small text, fine lines, colour references, final size and attachment requirements before confirming a process.
- Size & structure
- Band or strap width and length, card height and thickness, whether the card is punched, and portrait or landscape.
- Quantity
- Per item, and whether the families are being ordered as one kit or as separate lines.
- Colour
- Pantone references for print, webbing, silicone or neoprene. Colour consistency is one of the points checked at inspection.
- Attachment
- Badge clip, slider, safety breakaway, single-use or reusable closure, magnet, ring or lanyard.
- Variable data
- Serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes, SKU labels, writable area, hologram or foil, and any chip requirement.
- Packaging
- Individual or OPP bag, custom bag, backer card, PVC card, retail or brand packing, neutral or white-label packing, and the carton mark.
- Dates
- The date you need the goods in hand, and the market they ship to.
MOQ & lead time
A standard MOQ per product, and dates we can defend.
Every product carries its own standard MOQ. Many custom items start at around 100 pcs; there is limited flexibility depending on the process, the order structure and the project, and below the standard MOQ the unit price is likely to be higher. A custom run is usually 7–12 days after artwork approval, and rush orders are accepted — reviewed case by case against production capacity, material, process, artwork status, sample requirement, shipping method and the date you need the goods in hand, and never promised before that check.
Ready stock is not claimed anywhere on this page: where an item may be available from stock, the colour, size and quantity are confirmed with you before ordering.

How an order runs
From artwork to carton.
Each stage has an owner and a record, which is why a reorder is faster than the first order.

Step 01
Artwork & process review
Send the artwork with the size, quantity, material, attachment and packaging you have in mind. We check the detail and confirm what reproduces it faithfully — and say so if the artwork needs simplifying instead.

Step 02
Sample & approval
A physical sample is produced and sent for approval. That approved sample becomes the reference for the bulk run and for every reorder. Custom samples are usually chargeable.

Step 03
Bulk production
Approved work runs across the printing, embroidery, moulding and assembly stations in our own 7,000 m² facility, then goes through finishing.

Inspection
Checked against the approved sample: colour matching, logo proportion, small-text clarity, edge finishing, dimensions, attachment and quantity.

Packing & delivery
Packed to your requirement — individual, OPP or custom bag, backer card, retail or brand packing, neutral or white-label — with carton marks and export documentation.

Is there a minimum order for event accessories?
Each product has its own standard MOQ. Many custom items start at around 100 pcs, and there is limited flexibility depending on the process, the order structure and the project — below the standard MOQ the unit price is likely to be higher. We confirm the figure for your item in writing before you commit.
How long does a run take, and can you rush it?
A custom run is usually 7–12 days after artwork approval, and we accept rush orders. Rush feasibility is checked case by case against production capacity, material, process, artwork status, sample requirement, shipping method and the date you need the goods in hand — it is never promised before that check. Where capacity allows, a sample can be ready in as little as 2–3 days and some bulk runs in 5–8 days; some PVC ID card rush orders have run in 3–5 days. A rush order may carry a surcharge.
Can you match our Pantone colours?
Yes. Pantone colour matching is part of the standard customization list, together with custom size, shape, colour, material, logo, artwork, edge and backing. Colour consistency and logo proportion are two of the points checked at final inspection.
Can we order the whole event kit as one order?
Yes. Lanyards, wristbands, PVC ID cards, badge holders and reels, neoprene items and LED products are produced in our own facility, so a campaign can run on one production record — for example a lanyard, a reel, a holder and the printed card supplied as one set.
Do you print names, serial numbers and QR codes?
Yes. Serial number, QR code, barcode and SKU label are all supported. Tyvek wristbands can carry serial numbers, a QR code and an optional chip, and PVC ID cards support a writable area, foil or hologram finishing and an IC / ID chip.
Is a sample provided before bulk production?
Yes. A physical sample is produced and sent for approval, and the approved sample becomes the reference for the bulk run and for every reorder. Custom samples are usually chargeable; where a project has real bulk potential the charge may be reduced or credited against the order, at our discretion.
