1. Keep the important parts readable
Review the logo at the proposed finished size, not just at presentation size. Small taglines, narrow gaps and thin outlines may not remain clear when translated into molded PVC. 2. Decide whether the outer edge follows the logo
A logo-shaped edge can make the keychain immediately recognizable. It also needs enough room for a clean finish and the hardware connection. If the logo has very thin projections or deep inward corners, a simpler outside shape may produce a better physical product while keeping the original mark visible inside.
3. Confirm each brand color
Send your Pantone references or an approved physical sample and identify the colors that are most important. A digital mockup helps confirm layout, but it is not the final physical color standard. 4. Approve the complete keychain

Should Your Logo Be 2D or 3D PVC?
Choose the construction according to the role of the logo. A graphic mark with strong color blocks and crisp outlines may suit custom 2D PVC keychains. If selected features need more molded shape or surface depth, review custom 3D PVC keychains.
“3D” should be defined in the approved drawing. Raised relief on one face and a fully sculpted object viewed from every direction are different requests.
