Scope, stated plainly
Stock styles, colours, sizes and quantities change with stock and demand, so what is available is the stock at the time of the inquiry. That sentence is the whole availability policy, and it is why no count appears on this page.
LOVECOLOUR is a custom manufacturer first. Beside OEM and ODM production we keep a small stock line of styles that the market asks for constantly, so a buyer who cannot wait out a full custom cycle still has a real option: fast purchase, a small first run, a top-up on a SKU that is selling, or a way to test a design before committing to an exclusive version of it.
Because the line is small and it rotates, publishing a number would simply be wrong a week later. Instead we answer availability style by style, in writing, from the current stock list — and when a style has gone, we say so and quote it as a small custom run if you still want it.
Everything below is the shape of the line and the rules it runs on. The photographs on this page are placeholders while the stock photography is shot; every plate names its slot and its pixel size so real photos drop in one to one.
Stock or custom
Buyers rarely need a definition of either line; they need to know which one fits the deadline, the volume and the design they already have. This is that comparison, with nothing sold into it.

What is usually held
Eight families, in the order they leave the factory. Letters, numbers and motifs are the core; the last family is whatever the season is asking for, so it is the one item on this page that is always confirmed at inquiry.

How a stock style is listed
The pattern below is the one the stock line is written in: a code, a size, a process and a short note, with the photo. Codes, sizes and notes here are the listing format — the live list is confirmed at your inquiry and the cards are replaced as the line rotates.

How the style is made — which is what its price and its handling time follow from.
What has been decided for that style: backing, colourway, packing, or the fact that it rotates.

How a stock order runs
A stock order is short because the front of a custom order is missing: no artwork review, no sample approval, no tooling. What is left is a list, a written answer on availability, and a packing plan.
Give us the stock codes — or the motif and the process if you are working from a picture — plus the size, the colourway where the style offers a choice, the quantity and the destination.
Styles, colours, sizes and quantities move with stock and demand, so each line is checked against what is really held at that moment and answered in writing.
Product cost and shipping are quoted as two numbers, so the landed cost is visible. This is also where we say which parts can still be changed on the style you picked.
Loose, per piece, OPP or a custom bag, backer card, barcode and SKU label — or neutral and white-label packing if the goods ship straight to a channel, a customer or a third-party warehouse.
We suggest or arrange the method against your deadline and destination. The order is logged, so the next top-up of the same style can be measured against the first delivery.
Changing a stocked style
Buying a held style is one of five documented ways stock and custom work sit together. The other four start from the same item and change what your project actually needs.

These are the extras documented for stock items, and they are decided style by style. A colour or a size change can also move an item out of stock and into a small custom run — we say which one it is before you commit.
Packing & white-label
For a distributor, a promotional company, an agency or a reseller the packing is not a detail — it is the product experience their own customer sees.
Stock can leave loose, per piece, in OPP bags or in a custom bag, with a backer card, a barcode and a SKU label where your channel needs them. Where the goods never touch your own warehouse they can be packed to arrive ready for a fulfilment line, a retail peg or a third-party warehouse.
For promotional companies, distributors, agencies and resellers the shipment can also leave without our logo and without our contact details, carrying your labels instead, in neutral packaging, and be shipped directly to your customer or to a warehouse you nominate. Your project information stays under your order and is not used anywhere else.
Who buys stock, and why
None of them is "because stock is cheaper than thinking". They are all about a date, a test or a second order — the three places where a custom lead time actually hurts.
A held style removes the artwork, sampling and engineering stages from the front of the order.

Our standard MOQ per product applies, and below it the unit price can rise. The stock line is not a piece-by-piece retail shop. What stock does give you is a small first run or a top-up without the artwork, sampling and tooling that a custom order carries.
On many styles, yes. Colour, size, backing and packing can be adjusted where the style and the stock allow, and some styles can also take custom packaging, a backer card, a custom label, a barcode or a SKU label. Tell us which part you want changed and we answer style by style, because a change can move an item out of stock and into a small custom run.
Stock is faster because no artwork, sampling or engineering stands in front of it; the dispatch date is confirmed against availability rather than promised in advance. Rush orders are supported when real capacity allows, are confirmed case by case, and may carry a rush cost. We do not promise an absolute delivery date for an international shipment.
