How an order is agreed
An order is agreed in writing between you and us, and it rests on the specification confirmed for that order: the artwork, the size, the material and process, the edge and backing, the quantity, the packing and the delivery arrangement. What the confirmed documents say is what we make; where a detail was not confirmed, we confirm it before production rather than assume it.
MOQ, price and lead time
Minimum order quantity, unit price and lead time depend on the product, the process and the quantity, so they are quoted for your specific enquiry rather than fixed on this website. Anything we quote is valid as the quotation itself states.
Samples and approval
A custom run follows an approved sample or proof. Once you approve it, that piece becomes the benchmark for the bulk order, so a change requested after approval is reviewed as a change rather than absorbed silently.
Artwork and rights
You confirm that you hold the right to use the logos, artwork and trademarks you send us, and that producing them for you does not infringe anyone else's rights. Your artwork and project information stay confidential with us and are used only to make your products.
Quality and inspection
Delivered goods are checked against the confirmed specification. What we inspect, and at which stage, is described on our Quality Control page; the same checks apply to a repeat order.
Changes to these terms
These pages describe how we work today. When our process or our website changes, we update the text here, and the date at the top of the page moves with it. If a term matters to your contract, ask us to confirm it in writing for your order.
